Six weekly two-hour live Labs · Six participants total

Four Standard seats · Two VIP seats

Begins Wednesday, November 4, 2026 · 8:00–10:00 PM ET

Your Business May Be Better Than It Looks Online.

Someone hears about your work. They look you up. Does what they find make it easy to understand what you offer—and why they should consider working with you?

Maybe your website no longer reflects your business. Your content takes too long to create. Your presentation materials are unfinished. Or you keep putting off the pieces you know you need.

You already have something valuable. The Lab gives you dedicated time, instruction, and support to bring those pieces together.

Move from “I need to build it” to something you can use.

Build a Business Presence You Can Put to Work.

A clearer place to send prospects. A repeatable way to create content. A presentation that explains your offer. And practical ways to support the work behind your visibility.

Each week focuses on one main build using your own business, message, and audience. Live instruction and work between sessions help you develop assets you can use and continue improving.

  1. Week 1

Give Your Message Another Way to Show Up

    Build: Your digital twin.

Create an AI avatar and voice clone for business content, giving you another way to deliver your message when recording yourself is impractical.

What you’ll build: One avatar, one voice setup, and one completed 30–60-second introduction video.

  2. Week 2

Give Prospects a Clear Place to Find You

Build: Your business website or portfolio.

Build a digital home that communicates who you help, what you offer, and how someone can take the next step.

What you’ll build: One polished, mobile-friendly, single-page business website or portfolio with up to six sections and one working inquiry or booking pathway.

  3. Week 3

Stop Starting Your Content From Scratch

    Build: Your content system.

Develop a practical process for creating messaging, social posts, visuals, and scripts around your business and your voice.

What you’ll build: Three content themes, a reusable prompting workflow, ten drafted posts, and three reusable visual templates for one primary platform.

  4. Week 4

Be Ready to Explain Your Value

    Build: Your sales presentation.

Turn your expertise and offer into a clear presentation you can use in relevant prospect conversations, pitches, or introductions.

What you’ll build: One editable 8–10-slide presentation for one offer and one intended audience.

  5. Week 5

    Make Routine Business Work Easier

    Build: Your AI business assistant.

Configure an assistant around your business information to support recurring drafting, content, and planning tasks.

What you’ll build: One assistant configured with your business information and tested on three recurring tasks. You remain responsible for reviewing its output.

  6. Week 6

Create a Memorable Introduction to Your Brand

    Build: Your brand video.

Bring your message and visual identity into a video with a clear business purpose and next step for the viewer.

What you’ll build: One 30–45-second promotional video in one selected format, with a clear message and call to action.

Each build has a defined scope so you can make meaningful progress within the six-week experience. The website build does not include an online store, membership portal, complex custom integrations, or a full website migration. Participants work on their assets between live sessions.

Bring the work together in your business portfolio: an organized collection of your completed assets and links.

A Small Group. A Weekly Build. A Clear Place to Get Help.

Live guidance each week

Meet with Dawn for a two-hour live Lab each week for six weeks. Work through the weekly build with instruction, demonstrations, and time for group questions and troubleshooting.

Support between sessions

Post implementation questions in the Skool community. Dawn reviews questions Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during the six-week program. Include what you are trying to do, where you are stuck, and what you have already tried.

An accountability partner

You will be paired with another enrolled participant to share progress and encourage follow-through between sessions. Partners support accountability; Dawn provides instruction and scheduled implementation support.

Resources you can revisit

Use session replays, build instructions, prompts, and supporting resources to review the material. Replays and online resources stay available for 90 days after the final live Lab; downloaded worksheets and prompts are yours to keep for your own business.

Plan to work on your build between sessions. This is guided implementation: you do the building with instruction and support. Standard support happens in the group Labs and community. Private strategy sessions are reserved for VIP.

Scheduled instructor support in Skool is available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during the six-week program. Continued replay access does not include continued instructor support. VIP includes the additional review period described in the VIP details.

Before Your First Lab

Come prepared to build.

After enrollment, you’ll receive prework explaining which platform accounts to create, which plans you need, and when to activate them. You’ll also gather your business information, offer details, bio, photos, logo if you have one, and existing website or social links.

Complete the preparation before your first Lab so our live time can focus on your business builds.

You Have the Expertise. You’re Ready to Put the Pieces in Place.

The Lab is designed for established consultants, coaches, speakers, trainers, authors, and service-based entrepreneurs who have a clear offer and want their business presence to reflect the quality of their work.

You are a strong fit if you:

  • Already know what you offer and who you serve.
  • Want to build assets for your existing business.
  • Can attend the live Labs and make time for implementation between sessions.
  • Are willing to learn, ask questions, and do the work.

If you are still deciding what business to start or need someone to build everything for you, this format may not be the right fit.

Detailed setup instructions are provided after enrollment. Both experiences require your participation and implementation between sessions.

Know What to Expect Before You Apply.

Do I need to be technical?

The Lab is designed for practical entrepreneurs. You do not need to code, but you do need to be willing to use the platforms, follow the build steps, and practice between sessions.

How much time should I plan for?

There is one two-hour live Lab each week for six weeks. You will also need time between sessions to work on your own assets. The amount of work depends on your starting point and the scope of your build.

What happens when I get stuck?

Bring questions to the live group Lab or post them in the Skool community. Dawn reviews community questions Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during the program. Include the build you are working on, what you have tried, and a screenshot when useful. Some issues may need further investigation or a live demonstration; support is not an instant-resolution service.

Do Standard participants get private sessions?

No. Standard includes live group guidance and scheduled Skool community support. Each VIP receives two individual 45-minute private sessions with Dawn.

How do accountability partners work?

You are paired with someone already enrolled in your tier. The four Standard participants form two pairs, and the two VIPs form one pair. Partners check in on progress and encourage follow-through. Your partner does not replace instructor support, and your progress does not depend on their availability.

What if I miss a live Lab?

Session replays and online resources are available for 90 days after the final live Lab so you can review the material. You remain responsible for catching up and completing your work. Private makeup sessions are not included in Standard.

Are software costs included?

Third-party software subscriptions, usage credits, and any required domain or hosting fees are separate from tuition. Required platforms and estimated costs will be disclosed before payment. Detailed setup instructions are provided after enrollment.

Is this a done-for-you service?

No. You build your own business assets with instruction, resources, and support. VIP adds private strategy and personal review; it does not convert the Lab into a done-for-you service.

How long can I access replays and resources?

Both Standard and VIP participants receive access to session replays and online resources for 90 days after the final live Lab. Downloaded worksheets and prompts may be kept for use in your own business. Scheduled instructor support in Skool is available Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during the six-week program. Continued replay access does not include continued instructor support. VIP includes the additional review period described in the VIP details.

What if I need to cancel?

Tuition is nonrefundable for participant cancellations. If you cannot attend, contact dawn@dawnloveai.com about transferring your enrollment to a future cohort. Transfers depend on future cohort scheduling and availability. This policy does not limit any rights required by applicable law.

Is this the first cohort?

Yes. This is the founding cohort, limited to six participants: four Standard and two VIP.

Does the VIP roadmap include ongoing coaching?

The roadmap provides priorities for the 90 days after the Lab. It does not include an additional 90 days of private sessions or coaching.

Does applying reserve a seat?

No. Applying is a fit review, not payment or automatic enrollment. One enrollment admits one participant; accountability partners are fellow enrolled participants.
