- People re-entering the workforce, changing careers, starting a first professional role, or recently graduated
- Nonprofit staff, church administrators, ministry leaders, and community program coordinators
- Entrepreneurs, small business owners, and independent contractors
- Employed professionals whose employer told them to “build digital fluency” or “learn AI” with no guidance on how
What Participants Walk Away Able to Do
- Explain, in one plain sentence, what an AI assistant does — and what it cannot be trusted to do without checking

- Strengthen a résumé and LinkedIn profile using only verifiable experience, and research opportunities from sourced results
- Design a personal productivity system with reusable templates
- Compare the four AI assistants most used in workplaces — ChatGPT, Claude, Google Gemini and Microsoft Copilot — by running the same prompt in each, and identify which tool an employer has approved
- Evaluate any AI output for accuracy, fabrication, bias, and privacy risk, and decide: use it, check it first, or keep it out
- Present a portfolio of real work that meets The TRUST Standard™

- Demonstrate the module's skills to the instructor in every session (Skills Check) and complete every Check the AI exercise and Reflective Learning Log
