Making AI Make Sense for the People Expected to Use It
Dawn Love is an AI Speaker, Educator & Trainer and Founder of DawnLoveAI. She equips everyday professionals to use AI with skill, sound judgment, and confidence — and she teaches from the rarest position in her industry: still inside corporate, using AI in real work, every single day.

The directive arrived. The teaching didn't.
Dawn Love brings 31 years of corporate finance and management experience — budgets, deadlines, systems, and the steady pressure of work that has to be right. She remains inside corporate today, which means she teaches AI from the same seat her audiences sit in.
When her company directed employees to build digital fluency, the guidance on how was scarce. The tools arrived. The teaching stayed missing. And Dawn watched capable, accomplished professionals around her quietly wonder if the future had just left without them.
So she built her own path. Classes. Research. Certifications. All of it applied directly in her own work — and what she discovered rewrote the story she'd been told. AI made her better at a job she had already mastered. Her decades of experience became more valuable, because experience is exactly what AI needs to be useful.
She became a certified AI consultant, taught her first Intro to AI class, and watched the room light up — career changers, entrepreneurs, and working professionals all saying some version of the same sentence: "Finally, somebody made it make sense." That sentence became the mission.
Giving people access to AI is different from preparing them to use it well.
Organizations are investing in tools, software, and platforms — while many employees are still unsure where to begin, how AI applies to their work, or whether they can trust what it produces. That is the gap Dawn closes: for everyday professionals, and for the organizations who invest in them.

She's introduced change inside a real organization. She knows what it takes.
Dawn has spent her entire career inside a working organization. She knows the difference between a tool being installed and a tool being used. She understands what it means to adopt new technology inside a working organization — where employees carry deadlines, responsibilities, and very different comfort levels with change. Successful AI adoption goes beyond choosing the right technology. It means preparing the people expected to use it. That's what makes Dawn's approach different: she combines corporate experience, human behavior, adult learning, and practical AI education — so people leave understanding what AI means for them, how to use it responsibly, and where it supports the work they already do.
Fluent in the technology. Credentialed in the people.
Dawn holds a Master's in Human Services Counseling and a Bachelor's in Psychology — which means she understands the technology AND the humans learning it. Most AI trainers know the tools. Dawn is credentialed in how people actually adopt them: behavior, learning, change, accountability, and workplace pressure.
AI adoption is a people issue as much as a technology issue.
Organizations can purchase tools, licenses, and platforms. Those investments begin producing value the day people understand how to use them with skill, good judgment, and purpose.

The AMPLIFY Method
Seven steps from your expertise to a finished result you own — anchored in what you already know, checked by your judgment, finished to your standard. Inside it lives Dawn's three-question filter for every AI output: Trust It, Test It, or Toss It. One method, complete: how to work with AI, and how to stay in charge of it.

More Than Information
Dawn enters a room to equip people. Explaining AI is only the first step.
Through keynotes, corporate training, interactive workshops, community programs, and workforce-development education, Dawn helps organizations turn AI access into workforce capability.
People leave her sessions understanding more than what AI is. They leave knowing what to do with it.
They know how to ask better questions.
They know when to question the output.
They know how to use AI without surrendering responsibility, accuracy, or human judgment.
And the people who sponsor her sessions — workforce programs, community organizations, and employers — see something rare: training that actually sticks.
Why This Work Matters
AI is changing how people work, communicate, solve problems, and make decisions.
But no one should be made to feel that the future is moving forward without them.
Dawn believes everyday professionals deserve practical AI education that respects their intelligence, answers their real questions, and gives them skills they can use.
She helps organizations prepare their people to think clearly, use AI wisely, and apply it with confidence.
Because the organizations that benefit most from AI will be the ones whose people know how to use the tools well — however those tools change.
Bring the Teaching to Your People
From workforce programs to conferences to team trainings — prepare your people to move from AI access to practical ability.
